ADOPTION APPLICATION

So you have found the perfect pet and you are ready to apply. Our pet parent adoption application is easy to complete. Just click the link below to fill out the PDF version. You can email it, mail it, or drop by our office at Sunset Mall.

Please note: to apply to adopt you must be at least 18 years old.

PAWS Pet adoption fees:
Dogs - $140 / Cats - $85
All PAWS adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations and city tag, and are microchipped.
